Hi Folks, My name is Bruce MacArthur. My wife Nanci and I purchased a beautiful parcel in Mariposa, (out on Hwy 140) 7 years ago, with the intent of retiring here in the future. Well, we decided we couldn't wait to be in the Mountains, so here we are. We moved up, improved the land and purchased a very large, comfortable manufactured home. Having completed that project and settled into the community, Nanci has taken a job with the county and I have joined the team at Century 21 Sierra Realtors. Although the last 15 years have been spent owning and running a race car business, selling safety equipment, doing fabrication and management for semi professional race car teams; my real estate experience goes back to prior 11 years to mortgages. I started and ran a successful mortgage brokerage for all those years, proving financing during the time when interest rates were in the 20% range. Needless to say, it was quite a experience. During those early years, I was also associated with a local Century 21 real estate office, helping them sell properties up and down the San Francisco Peninsula. So, whether it be purchasing land, a home, or just general questions to help you settle into the new community, I'm you man.
